Will it fit my tanks?
Works on
- Steel tanks and cylinders — built-in magnets hold it
- Plastic and poly tanks
- Aluminum LP cylinders, with Mopeka's separate collar set (not included)
- Vertical and horizontal tanks
Doesn't work on
- Fiberglass or composite tanks
You'll need
- A smartphone with the free Mopeka Tank Check app
- Optional: a Victron Cerbo GX on Venus OS v3.14 or newer
Setup in four steps
Pair
Add each sensor in the Tank Check app while it's still in your hand.
Mount
Grease the pad and center the sensor under the tank.
Configure
Zero it, name it and pick your tank size in the app.
Connect
Optional: add it to your Cerbo GX and VRM. The guide has the settings.

Rather have us do the Cerbo setup?
You install the sensors yourself — the guide walks you through it. If Tucson RV Solar installed your system and you're a SolarWatch Pro member, we'll add the sensors to your Cerbo GX remotely and put a low-propane alert on your monitoring.
Give us 48 hours' notice. We'll send a written summary of exactly what will change, and nothing changes until you approve it.

How much is shipping?
A flat $10.00 per kit, added at checkout. Your total is $179.99.
Do I need a Cerbo GX?
No. The Tank Check app is your propane gauge, with low-level alerts built in. Add a Cerbo later and the guide shows how to connect the sensors you already have.
I only have one tank, or I want more than one kit.

Does it work outside the US?
This kit ships the North American sensor model, which Mopeka says won't work in the EU or UK. Call before ordering for any address outside the US.
